Disturbed about moving from the huge city to a residential community, youthful Zach Cooper finds a silver covering when he meets his delightful neighbor Hannah. The teenager is astonished to discover that Hannah's puzzling father is R.L. Stine , the celebrated creator of the top of the line "Goosebumps" arrangement.
