Presently on the keep running from Jeanine and whatever remains of the power hungry Erudites, Tris and Four look for partners and replies in the remnants of Chicago. They should discover what Tris family yielded their lives to secure and why the Erudites will successfully stop them. Next to each other Tris and Four face one apparently unconquerable test after another as they unwind the privileged insights of the past and at last the eventual fate of their reality.
