It's been a long time since Jason Bourne left the office that prepared him to wind up noticeably a fatal weapon. Planning to coax him out of the shadows, CIA executive Robert Dewey allocates programmer and counterinsurgency master Heather Lee to discover him. Lee presumes that previous agent Nicky Parsons is likewise searching for him. As she starts following the team, Bourne winds up back in real life fighting a vile system that uses dread and innovation to keep up unchecked power.
